SpiritLabs Ltd ('SpiritLabs', 'we', 'our', 'us') is committed to protecting the privacy of every person who visits getspiritlabs.app or uses any of our products. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

This policy applies to our website (getspiritlabs.app), our waitlist, and all SpiritLabs products and services. By using any SpiritLabs service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Note: SpiritLabs is currently in pre-launch. At this stage, the only personal data we actively collect is through our waitlist sign-up form. This policy will be updated before each new product launches.

Waitlist data: When you join our waitlist, we collect your first name, email address, and optionally your role, product interest, denomination, and country. This is used solely to contact you about SpiritLabs launch updates.

Usage data: Like most websites, we may collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, time spent, browser type, and approximate geographic region. This data is aggregated and anonymous.

Communications: If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence in order to respond to your enquiry.

Children's data: SpiritLabs does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (US) or under 16 (UK/EU) without verifiable parental consent. Our waitlist is for adults only. When SpiritKids launches, a full COPPA-compliant parental consent flow will be implemented before any child data is collected.

To communicate with you: We use your email address to send you launch updates, early access invitations, and product news. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

To improve our products: Aggregated usage data helps us understand how people use our site and where we can improve.

To comply with the law: We may process personal data where required to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.

Waitlist data is stored in Supabase, a PostgreSQL database service with servers located in the European Union. Supabase implements encryption at rest and in transit, and access is protected by row-level security.

Email communications are sent via Resend, an email delivery service. Please review Resend's privacy policy for information about how email metadata is processed.

We retain waitlist data for a maximum of 3 years from the date of sign-up, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner.

You have the right to access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

You have the right to correct any inaccurate data we hold.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data ('right to be forgotten').

You have the right to withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under GDPR/UK GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use strictly necessary cookies to make our website function. These include session cookies required for form submissions.

We may use analytics cookies (such as Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate site usage. These cookies do not identify you personally.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use third-party social media tracking pixels.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect the functionality of certain features.

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate SpiritLabs. Each is bound by its own privacy policy:

Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)

Vercel — website hosting and analytics (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)

Resend — transactional email (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy)

Anthropic Claude — AI features within our products (anthropic.com/privacy)

We do not share your personal data with these providers beyond what is necessary for them to perform their service.

We will update this Privacy Policy as SpiritLabs grows and new products launch. When we make significant changes, we will notify waitlist members by email and update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page.

Continued use of SpiritLabs services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
